Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoky paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet pan with non-stick tin foil or parchment paper, and set it aside.
  • Open the package of chicken meat and pat down each side with a paper towel. Then place each piece of chicken onto the sheet pan about an inch apart.
  • In a small bowl, add all of the seasonings. Stir until well combined. With your fingertips, carefully sprinkle the tops of the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture until fully coated. Gently pat down each thigh to ensure the seasonings will stick. Repeat until all the seasoning is used.
  • Place the thighs in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. The tops of the chicken should be a nice golden brown and the juices should run clear.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and allow the tender chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
