Ingredients

  • 16 ounces greek yogurt or labneh, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons (42 grams) honey
  • 3 cups berries, (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries).
  • sprig of mint, optional

Instructions

  • Prep the fruit. Wash all of the fruit, and dry thoroughly. Stem and slice the strawberries into quarters.
  • Combine honey and yogurt. Add the yogurt and honey to a medium-sized bowl and stir until combined.
  • Assemble fruit cups. Divide 2 ounces of yogurt evenly into the bottom of each glass. Top with fresh fruit and additional honey if desired.
  • Garnish. Add a sprig of mint or edible flowers and serve immediately.

Notes

    • Use fresh fruit. Look for fresh fruit that is in season, and avoid using canned or frozen fruit.
    • Weigh your ingredients. Each fruit cup should have around 2 ounces of yogurt and 2 ounces of berries. A great way to measure this is to use a food scale.
    • Assemble in advance. If you are serving these fruit cups for an event, make and assemble them the day before to save time.
