3cupsberries, (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries).
sprig of mint, optional
Instructions
Prep the fruit. Wash all of the fruit, and dry thoroughly. Stem and slice the strawberries into quarters.
Combine honey and yogurt. Add the yogurt and honey to a medium-sized bowl and stir until combined.
Assemble fruit cups. Divide 2 ounces of yogurt evenly into the bottom of each glass. Top with fresh fruit and additional honey if desired.
Garnish. Add a sprig of mint or edible flowers and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh fruit. Look for fresh fruit that is in season, and avoid using canned or frozen fruit.
Weigh your ingredients. Each fruit cup should have around 2 ounces of yogurt and 2 ounces of berries. A great way to measure this is to use a food scale.
Assemble in advance. If you are serving these fruit cups for an event, make and assemble them the day before to save time.
