Ingredients

Charcuterie Meats Choose 2-4 options, 2 ounces per person

  • Salami, calabrese, prosciutto, soppressata, pepperoni, ham

Cheese Choose 3-5 options, 2 ounces per person

  • Firm Cheese: manchego, parmesan, aged gouda, asiago, cheddar, gruyere, blue cheese
  • Semi-soft cheese: brie, havarti, butterkäse, muenster, mozzarolla
  • Soft Cheese: goat cheese (seasonal flavor), mascarpone, hot pepper cheese spread.

Gluten-Free Crackers or Baguette 2-3 boxes/flavors

  • Simple Mills Gluten-Free Crackers: Rosemary Sea Salt, Farmhouse Cheddar, Black Pepper, Ground Sea Salt, Garlic Herb
  • Gluten-Free Baguette - thinly sliced and toasted

Seasonal Fall Fruit 3-4 options

  • Apples, red grapes, blackberries, blueberries, pears, cranberries, figs, and dates.

Nuts & Dried Fruit 2-3 options

  • Roasted pistachios, candied walnuts, apricots, pumpkin seeds, macadamia nuts, almonds, or cashews

Condiments and Spreads 2-3 options

  • Fig jam, honey, raw honeycomb, apple butter, pumpkin butter, blackberry jam, cranberry jam, caramel dip, spinach artichoke dip, and honey mustard

Olives and Pickled Items 1-2 options

  • Olives, cornichons, chutney

Fresh Herbs, optional decor

  • Rosemary, sage, thyme

Small Bites, optional 8-16 pieces

  • Blackberry brie tarts, bacon-wrapped dates, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, or caprese bites

Fall Add Ons

  • Pumpkins, faux leaves, using a cookie cutter on the brie to cut out a fall-like shape

Instructions

  • Choose your seasonal produce: meats, cheese, fruit, nuts, crackers, and spreads.
  • Select the charcuterie platter of your choice.
  • Place the cheese, pumpkins, and small condiment bowls with jams and spreads, evenly spaced apart, onto the board.
  • Arrange the meat, and crackers around the cheese and condiment bowls.
  • Add the fruit to the outside of the platter, blending it into the meat and crackers.
  • Sprinkle the nuts and small bites into any spaces that need to be filled.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs. Add the small spoons and dippers.
  • Serve!
