Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120g) sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients. In a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, prepared horseradish, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chives, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Serve the sauce. Transfer the sauce to a small serving bowl and top with extra chopped chives for garnish.
