Notes
Grapefruit and Lime JuiceI strongly encourage you to use freshly squeezed red grapefruit and lime juice – the difference in taste is remarkable. A standard grapefruit typically yields around ¾ cup of juice (5-6 ounces). You will need 3 ounces for 1 serving of this recipe.Large Batch: Serves 8To prepare a large batch, combine 3 cups (24 ounces) of fresh grapefruit juice, 2.5 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, and 2.5 tablespoons of honey in a large pitcher. Stir until the honey or (sugar) dissolves. Divide 3 ounces of the grapefruit mixture among 8 wine glasses filled halfway with ice. Top each glass with 3 ounces of Prosecco. Garnish with lime and grapefruit slices. Serve immediately.
