Ingredients

  • 4 ounces crème fraîche 
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ lemon, zested
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Make the creamy lemon dill sauce. In a small bowl, stir together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, lemon zest, capers, minced garlic, freshly minced dill, and black peppers.
  • Garnish and serve. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with additional dill, lemon zest, and black pepper if desired. 

Notes

  • To make in advance: This savory dip can be made a day in advance, just make sure to stir well before serving. 
  • To store: Any leftover sauce can be stored in the fridge for 5 days in an airtight container. Perfect to enjoy throughout the week.
