Ingredients

  • 8 ounce mascarpone cheese, let sit out for 60 minutes to soften
  • 1 tablespoon (21g) honey, plus additional for drizzling on top
  • pinch flaky sea salt, plus additional on top

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened mascarpone, honey, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  • Transfer to serving bowl. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl. Place the bowl on a platter and arrange it with your favorite crackers, toasted bread, or fresh fruit for serving.
