Balsamic Honey Salad Dressing (Vinaigrette)

This balsamic honey salad dressing offers a perfectly balanced taste, combining natural sweetness with a bright, tangy acidity. It's a delicious choice for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (21g) honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Dijon mustard
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup (60ml) extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients. Add the balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl and whisk to combine. 
  • Emulsify the dressing. While continuing to whisk, slowly pour in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing, resulting in a creamy and smooth texture. Store any leftover dressing in a glass jar.

Notes

Storage: This vinaigrette will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
