Caviar And Creme Fraiche Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 ounce White Sturgeon Caviar
  • 8-12 potato chips
  • Fresh chives or dill, minced

Instructions

  • Gather the ingredients. Prepare a serving tray for the caviar, crème fraîche, potato chips, and chives. (You can assemble the potato chips ahead, or allow guests to assemble themselves).
  • Add crème fraîche. Top each potato chip with a small dollop of crème fraîche.
  • Add Caviar. Add ½ a teaspoon of caviar on top of the crème fraîche.
  • Garnish: Add a small amount of minced chives and serve.

Notes

Serving: If caviar is the main flavor you want guests to taste on an appetizer, use about ½ teaspoon per serving. This will give you about 8-10 servings per 1-ounce tin.
