  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 diced jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • ¼ cup packed cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients. Dice the mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro into small pieces. Combine them in a bowl. Squeeze a lime over the mixture and add a pinch of salt.
  • Stir the salsa and let it rest. Gently stir the ingredients. Let the salsa rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Make ahead: This mango jalapeño salsa can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Before serving, stir well and check the seasoning, as the mangoes may soften slightly.
